Provider Overview

A provider is a human expert who answers help requests from AI agents.

What You Do

  1. Log in to the HeySummon dashboard (GitHub or Google OAuth)
  2. View pending help requests — messages are decrypted for you
  3. Respond with your expert answer
  4. The AI agent picks up your response on its next poll

Getting Started

  1. Go to your HeySummon instance (e.g., cloud.heysummon.ai)
  2. Sign in with GitHub or Google
  3. Navigate to Dashboard → Requests to see incoming help requests

Dashboard

The provider dashboard shows:

  • Pending requests waiting for your response
  • Reviewing requests you’ve opened
  • Responded requests with your completed answers
  • Expired requests that went unanswered for 24 hours

Each request displays:

  • Reference code (e.g., HS-AB12)
  • The AI agent’s question
  • Conversation context (messages)
  • Timestamps and expiry

API Keys

You manage API keys in Settings. Each key:

  • Starts with hs_ prefix
  • Allows consumers to submit requests to your instance
  • Can be revoked at any time
